I just wanted to drop a line to you guys to thank you. I have Verizon roadside assistance and after they contacted 11 other tow companies that all had no availability or 3 hours wait times, they gave in and called you even though you are not one of their contracted companies. You guys said a 60 minutes wait but where there in 15 minutes which is awesome. Your driver Antonio was friendly and quick. He treated me like a person and an important customer. Despite the heat he was all smiles and turned what was a miserable day into a pleasant experience. Thank you for being quick and having a great employee.

Prompt, Friendly Service!
One night after work I was having car problems (it wouldn't start), and seeing as I'm not the most educated on cars I figured I would call a tow truck to come take a look and/or tow my car to the dealership. Within 15 minutes they were at my work, he took a look and told me my battery was dead and gave me a jump start. He told me he would follow me home to make sure I didn't have any problems on the way. I plan on using this company for any future car "emergency" or towing need I may have! They were quick, very polite and went the extra mile to help me out in a miserable situation.

Really great people!! I've never dealt with a tow company and had nice things to say until now! This company is the best! They understand what people go thru! I am so grateful for that. In the middle of a crisis from an auto accident it's nice to have someone understand and help you out!

The owner, Antonio, is a really nice guy. Antonio even tries to handle the calls himself. Anyway, I called Deluxe from a gas station in Glen Ellyn. Antonio showed up right away, and got my car over to a garage in downtown Wheaton, probably all in under an hour from the time of my call.

I've used Deluxe towing for the last 20 years and have always had "GREAT" service. Being a business owner and realizing the costs of employees, maintenance and fuel Deluxe prices have always been fair.

A few weeks ago my wife broke down on Rt. 64 at 4:30 p.m. I called Deluxe towing for a tow....no sooner I called my wife back to let her know about the tow she responded " the truck is pulling up now" that's service!
