Documents Needed for the Retrieval Process

In order to retrieve a vehicle from either of the impound facilities, the vehicle owner will need to provide the following:

  • A Release Form from Police Agency that Authorized impound of a vehicle
  • Proof of ownership of the vehicle, in the form of either the vehicle title or registration
  • Photo identification such as a driver's license, work identification, passport, or military identification
  • Proper assessment of fees
  • We accept all major credit & debit cards and cash

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pick-up After 4 PM: By Appointment Only
Saturdays: By Appointment Only
Sundays: Closed
